Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) was awarded a contract to provide support to the distribution of biodefense and other special temperature sensitive medical products that require specialized handling and support to the program across DoD program. YSI Team is providing Development, Modernization and Enhancement support that includes Program Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Cloud services, Web Development task services

The 441 VSCOS selected YSI to provide support for program management, operations, maintenance and administrative support in various aspects of the DPAS program office through 441 VSCOS chain of command. We provide business processes, providing strategic, operational, and tactical-level support to the agency. Our team provides computer programming and web-development support functions allowing for maintenance of existing web-enabled database applications and provide future system planning, design, development, maintenance, and implementation to support the various capabilities in all related systems such as Logistics Installation and Mission Support Enterprise View (LIMS-EV), Integrated Logistics Systems-Supply (ILS-S), DPAS, Microsoft Excel, Access and SharePoint, web-based forms and standalone test models). Additionally, we develop, maintain and schedule DPAS training to 441 VSCOS. We implemented automation for testing for efficiency increase.

YSI is providing technical assistance to the Air Force Recruiting Service- Air Force Recruiting Information Support System – Total Force (AFRISS-TF) system for sustained maintenance and development support. Our team is responsible for project management, configuration management, agile based software life-cycle management, software maintenance, sustainment and updates, database administration, cloud service support, and help desk support. We also maintain all system accreditation requirements to ensure ATO (Authority to Operate) remains in good standing across all environments.

The Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is responsible for the assessment of a viable solution for testing modernization based on the approved cloud based Government software solution. YSI is supportingt the management and assessment of the commercial off-the-shelf test development and delivery software-as-a-service (SaaS), Questionmark On Demand for Government. We are support USAF mission providing test software support and integration to a)replace paper-and-pencil test administrations and b) speed the development cycle for new personnel tests, allowing the Air Force to adapt more readily to changing mission requirements. Our team also provides integration support for integration Moodle for test related data maintenance.

The Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Air Force Life-Cycle Management Center Business Enterprise Systems (AFLCMC) is responsible for maintenance and sustainment of the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) Program. YSI provide publication, training, delivery, operation, maintenance, sustainment and release of IDECS AF Budget justification materials to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, White House Office of Management and Budget and Congress. We provide functional and technical capability for modernization and sustainment that includes tasks and activities:- Program Management, Service Desk Support,Training Support, Maintenance and Concept Support (DISA Hosting Facility/GovCloud Environment),Systems Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) Certification, System Maintenance and Sustainment, Software Release Management, Testing, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) agile software development (ASD) methodology.

The 402nd program supports five Air Force Software Maintenance Squadrons and a Software Engineering Group. YSI is providing Systems engineering tasks that includes multi-disciplined development of systems to meet 402 SMXG’s customer requirements. SE tasks ensure that the sub-systems (i.e. hardware, software, documentation) operate together to support customer requirements and support system life cycle decisions. Our support ranges from embedded systems development and testing for the JSTARS platform to the inventory and business management systems. We provide Agile development leadership and teams, helping the 402nd adopt DevSecOps principles in both unclassified and classified environments.Our team is responsible for information technology support which includes system administration, network administration, application administration, database administration, and computer security support for a broad range of UNIX, Solaris, and PC based computer systems, and weapon system software/hardware.

YSI as part of Other Transaction Agreement provided AFLCMC/HIK - PEO BES Agile and Mobile Team Prototype process contract for agile based mobile application development with respect to agile approach, training, scalability, mobile application development platform, cloud service dependency and environment scaling, architecture requirement, agile user stories development process, governance, user interface libraries and standards, quality tools

Yakshna Solutions is helping U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) in the modernization of its publishing systems by beginning to publish the 2018 main edition of the United States Code through XPub, the agency’s new digital technology for XML-based publishing. With the implementation of XPub, GPO will be able to simultaneously publish all legislative documents in a variety of print and digital formats in a timelier manner. The 2018 main edition of the U.S. Code is the first, large-scale production job that GPO has published using the new composition system.The XPub system will replace GPO’s more than 30-year-old MicroComp system. GPO plans to transition the production of all routine publications, including the Congressional Record, the Federal Register, Public Laws, Congressional Bills, Statutes at Large, and House and Senate Calendars, to the XPub system. XPub will allow customers to provide GPO with content in any format.

YSI helps NARA to maintain and enhance the Electronic Content and Publishing System (eDOCS) on AWS EC2 instance. YSI is responsible for the support and maintenance of eDOCS, a mission critical application for the Office of Federal Register (OFR0 under National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). This application aids in the flow of Federal Register documents from documentation till publication by Government Publishing Office (GPO). This application is hosted in AWS environment using different types of EC2 instances with both Windows and Linux servers being used. The administration and access restrictions are taken care of by IAM. The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) provides access to the official text of:

YSI provided high quality testing services to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Office (TASPO) as subcontractor to Unisys. TASPO is a part of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology. TASPO provides technology solutions that empower CBP to better protect the U.S. borders. YSI Team support web applications using Oracle, Java, Java script, angular, RESTful services, and MQ. We have implemented test automation framework using open source Selenium Java Web driver, JMeter for performance/load testing for continuous integration.

YSI provides testing, change management, project management and technical writing support to the Department of Justice (DOJ)– Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)– Office of Science and Technology (OST). We provide cloud-based agile testing services for various ATF mission critical applications- E-Forms, E-Trace, E-Towrs, ACIS which uses cloud architecture and computing environment using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our services include planning, performing and automating functional, system, integration, compatibility, load and performance testing in DevOps CI/CD environment. Our team leverages use Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Elastic Block Storage (EBS), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Marketplace product HP LoadRunner hosted on Amazon EC2 instance to achieve speed and quality for validating and certifying the functional, performance and reliability of ATF applications.

YSI provides Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) support to U.S Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE). Our Computer Technicians provide O&M support for all MEDCoE G6 IT equipment and software, Load, configure, troubleshoot software applications, perform administrative tasks in support of deployment services, user account administration, report security violations and incidents to the servicing Regional Computer Emergency Response Team (RCERT), Equipment custody, Ensure Configuration Management (CM) for security-relevant IS software, perform data backups, & establish audit trails.

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) was awarded a prime contract to provide SAP Consultant for development and support of FPI’s SAP ECC 6.0 business suite and migration support to SAP S/4 HANA by implementing UNICOR’s innovation solutions and guides. Our team is responsible to develop and support SAP ECC 6.0 based solution in FI_CO, MM, PP, SD, HCM and SAP S/4 HANA on Windows 2008/Windows 2012/Windows 2010 with SQL 2008R2/2012 R2 database. We provide full resilient life cycle support of systems, solutions and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA.

The Railroad Enforcement System (RES) is the mission critical application for USDOT – Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) database and case management tool that the Division relies on to effectively receive recommendations for enforcement actions from FRA’s Office of Railroad Safety (RRS), review and maintain a record of those recommendations, generate charging documents, and package those charging documents along with the reports from RRS into cases that are transmitted either in hard copy or electronically to the regulated entity that allegedly violated the law or regulations. Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) support to US Postal through HP Enterprise Services (HPES) to enhance and maintain the Mail Entry Payment Technology (MEPT) system which consists of application and interfaces that include Customer Registration, Program Registration, Business Customer Gateway (BCG), eAdmin, electronic Verification Services, Mailer Identifier (MID) Tool applications. The Customer Registration system is the system of record for all the business or personal users of the US Postal Service. We provide BCG interface development to integrate with Customer Registration portal. One of them include MRP (Market Risk Platform), which has multiple applications under its umbrella, ValuationNet being one amoung them, that is used for Risk Modelling using different flavors of algorithms with multiple input data.
