and operations to enable fast and continuous delivery of value to our customers. Our processes, tools,
methods, and lessons learned from multiple engagements provide the ability to push software to
through an automated testing tool, deployment, and security in a swift time frame rather than
processes that can delay schedule. We have extensive experience implementing these processes across
federal, state, and commercial projects.
Our Agile life cycle process consists of six steps in which we iteratively deliver
solutions for customers. This process moves from understanding the requirements and considerations of
application and planning the development all the way to building, testing, deploying, and maintaining
applications. Our iterative process ensures a minimal viable product that can continuously be improved
within each sprint. This is because at the end of each sprint we review all feedback from stakeholders
build upon the solutions based on their needs.
