YSI provides basic troubleshooting and IT support required to maintain and account for Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (ACCESS’s) IT assets necessary to support approximately 56 Military, Army Civilians, and Contracted Personnel. Our service includes troubleshooting IT issues, imaging, operating VTC rooms, updating software patches, Maintain Accountability of IT Equipment, Information Management Officer (IMO) support, project planning and tracking working SharePoint Site management.
