YSI is seeking a highly qualified Business/Quality Analyst. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in Functional testing and help the team document the Bugs while performing a detailed Test plan and estimate the Timelines for reaching the testing Goals. Conduct Test Plan Sessions to Identify the refined the user stories for planning purpose. Regression test plan for Automation Testers. Participate in daily smoke testing for Eligibility and Enrollment. Work through multiple Environments to ensure a bug free product. Validating on Mark logic and XML data validation. Support the UAT team while Testing. Production support and Documentation for Hotfixes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree (3-4 years is acceptable) in business/science/I.T. related field.
- Three years of work experience in Business/Quality Analysis related field.
- Position requires experience in SDLC, Business operating & quality management systems, Quality Assurance & Control, prepare test strategies & plans, conduct UAT, ability to train new members.
- Travel/Relocation as and when required.
- Hours: M-F 40 hrs./wk. 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
