Yakshna Solutions Inc., is currently seeking a Customer Support person who will support the Tax2efile department. We are looking for someone who has a positive demeanor and an upbeat personality.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish for this position.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) answering phones, creating tickets, documentation, edits, synthesize various types of inputs, generating administrative reports in EXCEL. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedule and managing administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, problem solver and organized.
- Strong skills using software tools, including Microsoft Suite with expertise in Microsoft Word and, Excel, support program management efforts.
- Ability to critically review, independently edit, format, and synthesize various types of input (verbal, notes, emails, drafts) into a cohesive document or correspondence.
- Excellent time management skills detailed oriented and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
- knowledge in tax forms is a plus
- Skills and experience to independently track activities in EXCEL spreadsheet.
- Must exhibit a friendly and outgoing personality to interact with client calls.
