Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Full Time Account Manager / Business Development Executive to support commercial customers with IT Staffing requirements. The potential candidate is responsible for building existing client relationships and establishing new client relationships.  Responsible candidate is expected to achieve annual sales goals and objectives.

 Annual Salary: 80K+ incentive

Job Requirements

·         Experience in delivery, client meetings and staff handling

  • Identify potential new accounts
  • Generate sales leads using email campaign and social media sites
  • Conduct meetings with new clients
  • Find qualified customers to support IT requirements
  • Manage the proposal process for new projects
  • Work with recruiters to identify candidates and streamline the account management process
  • Consistent follow up with customers on the existing and new requirements
  • Responsible for client relationship and account
  • Experience in state Vendor Management Systems and opportunities
  • Manage multiple job requisitions and follow up with internal recruitment team to close the requirements.
  • Experience with U.S. Tax terms – W2, 1099, Full-time, independent consulting


  • 8+ years’ experience in IT Staffing requirements and software industry
  • Prior account management experience MUST
  • Proven experience with account management/business development MUST
  • Experience working with multiple recruiters to close the customer requirements
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience handling social media sites
  • Experience with software development terms – Agile, Scrum, Cloud Computing, Technologies – Microsoft, Oracle, Java, Web and Mobile Apps
  • Excellent presentation skills
