Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Full Time Intermediate Customer Service Help Desk Specialist to work on our IT support project at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston,
AL. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide Help Desk Support
• Provide professional IT (one stop shop) problem resolution on a myriad of IT issues that include: Software resolution, account management, upgrades and deployments on various operating systems but primarily
on Win10, Java, Adobe, Office Suites, IE, and various others.
• Fielding and deployment and troubleshooting of new and replacement personal computers (pcs) and laptops as well as printers, scanners, and all IT peripheral devices.
• Provides on-site troubleshooting and fielding of primarily Win10 devices. Providing Tier I & II support. Software imaging/programming as required. Daily completion/reporting metrics will include Trouble Ticket
• Work IT trouble ticket backlog.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Help Desk Support
• Bachelor Degree or High School Graduate with relevant experience
• CompTIA A+ required
