The Dept of Behavioral Health Developmental Services is seeking an ERP Analyst. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules, including Planning, Budgeting, Cost Reporting, Inventory Management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to support Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts, resolve production and non-production issues, and validate configurations, integrations, workflows, and security roles.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed regression test scripts, test scenarios, and risk-based testing strategies to support Oracle quarterly releases, deployment readiness, and integrated system validation activities.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, retesting, environment validation, migration activities, and documentation of testing results, risks, and remediation efforts across ERP, EPM, and SCM environments.
  • Participate in hypercare, operational planning, issue review sessions, and knowledge transfer activities while supporting continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, and overall Oracle testing maturity.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including Inventory Management, ERP implementation projects, post-go-live stabilization, hypercare support, and Oracle Cloud quarterly release management processes.
  • Strong background in QA and testing activities, including regression testing, creation and execution of detailed test scripts, test scenarios, test evidence documentation, and support for change management and release coordination activities.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Reporting processes, financial reconciliation, data validation, and operational reporting support.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Smart View to support reporting, reconciliation, and business validation activities.
  • Experience with incident management, issue tracking systems, Oracle Fusion security roles, workflow approvals, environment refreshes, and data analysis activities using SQL and reconciliation methodologies in enterprise environments.
  • Nice-to-have experience in public sector, government, or highly regulated environments, along with exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations, automation, and cloud-based enterprise application connectivity.

 

Location: Remote

$100K-115K/A with benefits
