YSI is seeking a Site Manager (Lead) to lead and coordinate the full IT support team (IMOs, Web, AV, LMS personnel). This position will serve as the single point of contact for the Government.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend meetings as the technical representative.
- Ensure staffing coverage and performance standards are maintained.
- Be available to meet within 30 minutes during duty hours and 2 hours after hours for emergencies.
- Oversee desktop support operations for Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure compliance with Army security baselines, patching, and configuration standards.
- Coordinate system image changes with NEC. Ensure all tickets in AESMP are properly assigned, tracked, and resolved.
- Monitor response-time compliance (especially classroom and web SLAs).
- Manage Microsoft Intune device and user configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (remote and on-site).
- Support user account management and permissions.
- Assist with classroom audiovisual Tier 1 support when needed.
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, continuity books).
Required skills and experience
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR Three (3) years of related experience in desktop support or network administration.
- Minimum two (2) years Microsoft Windows client support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with: Device imaging, Patch management, User account management, Group permissions, LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Experience working in a ticketing system environment (preferably Army AESMP or similar ITSM platform)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Security+, IAT Level II, Computing Environment (CE) certifications required for supported network rights.
Location: Fort Sill, OK (Onsite)
Clearance: U.S. Citizen
Salary: $130-$150K/A with benefits
