YSI is seeking an Information Technologist (IT) I/Information Management Officer (IMO).

Job Responsibilities

Support Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
Install and configure COTS/GOTS applications.
Maintain Army security baselines, patches, and antivirus compliance.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
Perform hardware repair and component replacement.
Coordinate image updates with NEC.
Enter, update, and resolve tickets in AESMP.
Provide Tier 1 classroom audiovisual troubleshooting (including Microsoft Teams video conferencing).

Required skills and experience

Education: Associate’s degree in related field OR Three (3) years related experience.
2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows client environments
Experience with: Device imaging, Patch management, User account/group management, Printer setup, Remote troubleshooting, Experience in a structured IT ticketing environment"
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management experience
IAT Level II. Security+ and Computing Environment certification. Maintain CE training as required.

Location: Fort Sill, OK (Onsite)

Status: Full-time

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Salary: $120-$130K /A with benefits
