Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as principle Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Training Coordinator. Maintain command personnel JKO profiles and assist with JKO related matters and issues. Provide JKO support to subordinate commands.
  • Ensure personnel complete 10 Theater Entry Requirements in accordance with the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) to maintain short-notice deployable status.
  • g. Serve as General Military Training (GMT) and Navy E-learning program coordinator. Track the training status for 200 personnel and submit weekly reports to command leadership.
  • Maintain Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) and Total Workforce Management System (TWMS) Training Coordinator profiles in support of training administration.
  • Serve as principal liaison to United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) coordinate 2-4 USAID/BHA training events as required.
  • Coordinate and reserve training spaces on base to include the Afloat Training Group Mayport (ATG-M) auditorium and NAVSTA Mayport HQ (Bldg. 1) meeting rooms.
  • Serve as Operational Planning Team (OPT) member for any/all operations/exercises pertaining to Training.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute formal and informal command training support programs that have a direct impact on staff training and readiness.
  • Develop command exercise Mission Essential Task List training objectives and enter into JTIMS.
  • Provide training management support to 300 personnel assigned to lower echelon commands and reserve units.
  • Complete all command and 12 DoD required training in accordance with DoD, Navy and command instructions.
  • Support MOC operations in the information environment, a.k.a. information operations, planning and coordination for exercises and real-world events.


 

Required Skills:

  • Training delivery/facilitation experience in an in-person environment.
  • Special Qualifications: JQO, MSOC, JPME I, JPME II, AJPME, or MOPC.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience training military, civilians and foreign national military.
  • Minimum 3 years of component level exercise planning.
  • Minimum 2 years in direct support of a Maritime Operations Center.
  • Comprehensive understanding of training design, development and delivery.
  • Extensive experience with JKO, FLTMPS, JTIMS, JTT, TWMS, CeTARS and Navy eLearning.
  • Exceptional written and oral skills are sufficient to develop training guidance.
  • Proficient at all MS Office programs to include SharePoint.
  • Possess superior management and organizational skills.
  • TS/SCI security clearance.
