Experience in managing federal IT/application development and sustainment programs Risk and issue management experience SDLC/PMLC experience Technical transition and knowledge transfer Multidisciplinary technical teams Experience managing software/cloud environments and coordinating developers, database, cybersecurity, and systems-analysis resources strongly preferred.
