YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the DTSS program at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role requires an onsite professional with strong technical expertise to provide second-tier support for a variety of IT systems, applications, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, has duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of other project engineers.
- Reviews design documents and ensures technical specifications and designs are correct.
- Responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Leads a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support).
- Does not have formal supervisory responsibilities, although this role may provide input for team member performance appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study, such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, etc.
- 5+ experience in requirement and business analysis functions
- Agile development skills
- CMMI knowledge.
- QA Testing knowledge, must have the ability to perform some Testing
