Software Tester/QA Analyst |

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong, hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated tests for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure software quality across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Support performance testing and regression testing activities
- Contribute to test planning, strategy, and documentation
- (Preferred) Validate machine learning model performance and automate data validation with data science teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on automation testing experience
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Solid scripting/programming skills in JavaScript and/or Python (3+ years)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with testing machine learning models and data validation
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments
