YSI is seeking a highly qualified SharePoint Administrator.  The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

 

Hybrid - At least 3 days/week ON-SITE

 

At least 3 years’ experience as a SharePoint user, configuration expert, knowledge of best practices
*365, knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.

 

  • Work closely with three teams to deploy a “model” version of SharePoint which can be emulated by other departments in the future.
  • Installing the SharePoint platform, ULS Logs, workflows, and creating libraries.
  • Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
  • Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
