YSI is seeking a highly qualified Customer Support/Help desk support person to work at HQ in Herndon, VA. who will support the Tax2efile department. We are looking for someone who has a positive demeanor and an upbeat personality.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) answering phones, creating tickets, documentation, edits, synthesize various types of inputs, generating administrative reports in EXCEL. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedule and managing administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, problem solver and organized.
