Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) is seeking a qualified and experience Full Time HR Assistant with recruitment skills to work on our internal and external customer IT and Professional services
requirements. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for 3-5 years max experienced Recruiter to working on IT and Professional
• Prefer someone with Passive Candidate Recruitment skills such as Networking and using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• The recruiter helps keep the candidate and hiring company connected throughout the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process.
• Effectively communicate between the candidates and the hiring team to schedule interviews on-boarding process, etc.,
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Network through industry contacts, social media, industry day events and employees.
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Identifying and screening resumes for project needs working with hiring managers.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company HR assessments and onboarding process.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
